Data retention

In addition to the above, Virexo applies the following retention periods:

• WhatsApp conversation content: retained with no time limit while the account is active; the business owner decides what to delete (individual messages, conversations or clients). When the account is closed, the deletion times below apply.
• Demo accounts: if they remain inactive, they are considered expired after 30 days.
• Paid accounts: if a subscription is cancelled, expires or is not renewed, the account becomes inactive and the data is retained for 60 days, after which the account and its data are permanently deleted.
• About 2 days before permanent deletion, a warning email is sent to the address associated with the account.
• Users may request deletion of their account and related data at any time.
